    2025–2026 recognition reference

The levels and benefits below describe the 2025–2026 school year. Details for 2026–2027 will be posted once confirmed; the Spring 2026 Gala benefit has ended.

    Circle of Excellence

Donors who are part of the Circle of Excellence have shown their dedication and commitment to supporting all Millbrae students from TK–8. MEF relies on the generosity of the Circle of Excellence donors to reach our fundraising goals.

The published 2025–2026 benefits included an invitation for all Circle of Excellence donors to an end-of-year reception with a meet-and-greet with the superintendent and Board of Trustees representatives, plus complimentary Spring 2026 Gala tickets for Philanthropist-level donors.

Published 2025–2026 rules: Family donation levels were to include Annual Fund donations and corporate matches received up until the Circle of Excellence event near the end of the school year, with best efforts to combine donations by household. The rules also provided eligibility for the Circle of Excellence reception through Gala Fund the Future donations of at least $2,000.
Circle of Excellence giving levels: Supporter up to $999, Honor Roll $1,000–$1,999, Leader $2,000–$2,999, Benefactor $3,000–$4,999, and Philanthropist $5,000 or more, with a suggested donation of $1,000 per child
